CEO of Brightstone Specialty Group, has 25+ years of leadership experience in the Industry
Scott is the CEO of Brightstone Specialty Group. Prior to Brightstone, Scott was President of High Street Insurance Partners, where he led all growth teams, including regional and business segment leadership, sales, and brand. Scott has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership in the underwriting, claims, technology, and retail side of insurance. Scott was also the Chief Operating Officer serving on the Executive Team for SCM Insurance Services, the leading claims TPA in Canada and Chief Sales Officer and Chief Legal Officer on the Executive Team at Hub International.
He is passionate about bringing together managing general agencies, program administrators, and specialty services who offer the best products to community brokers and agents.
He is a Boston College graduate with an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Tim Tompkins joined Brightstone in 2024 as Chief Product Officer.
